Start Outlook and you should get prompted to log in – enter your work email address, click “Advanced options” and tick “Let me set up my account manually”. Click Connect to proceed. Please ensure that the email address is correct.

When prompted to select advanced set up, click on “Office365”
Enter your email password when prompted.
If you get a prompt to “Allow my organization to manage my device”, leave it enabled and click “Yes”
In the next window, select “More Settings”. In the newly opened window select the “Advanced” tab and disabled “Download Shared folders”

Click Apply and Ok. You will get a warning stating that you need to restart Outlook to apply these changes. Click OK.
Click Next on the prompt and clear the tick box to “Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone too” and click Done.
Close and re-open outlook.
Set your Signature by clicking on File and Options in the upper left pane, then selecting “Mail” and “Signatures” in the new window.
Outlook is now set up on this Laptop.
Log into Office applications:
Open Word from the Start Menu
If you are prompted with setting Default file types, select the top option and click OK

In Word at the top right-hand corner, click your name and ensure that you are signed in using your email account. If it is anything other than your email address click sign out and sign in with your work email account.
